
The payment process is often the first question property owners ask when meeting with a property manager in Indianapolis. WILMOTH Group is committed to providing timely, accurate payments to property owners based on their preferences.
WILMOTH Group understands that most rental owners prefer to receive their money as fast as possible! For that reason, WILMOTH Group uses a weekly owner payout system! Weekly payouts allow us to get you funded as soon as funding is available.
At WILMOTH Group, we believe in complete transparency. Anybody who offers weekly payments must have a system for constantly managing funds of our clients. For that reason, here is a complete list of how we determine whether an owner’s funds are available for weekly distribution. If you have an outstanding work order that does not have an estimated cost, no funding will be released until that amount of the repair is recorded.
- The total amount of all work orders that have an estimated cost will be withheld from the distribution.
- A tenant’s payment MUST have cleared the bank account before it can be distributed to an owner.
- Management fees will be charged weekly on any payments received.
- Statements will be sent on the first day of the month for the prior month.
- Distributions are sent to all eligible owners on Fridays.
- If you have a negative balance, we request that negative balances be cleared up within 3 business days.
- Required Reserves will be withheld from distributions.
